The term Arnis “Tirada” refers to the strategic application of angles and strikes in combat, where the practitioner learns to flow seamlessly between offensive and defensive maneuvers, adapting to their opponent’s actions. Central to Arnis Tirada is the idea of “flow,” allowing students to develop a keen sense of timing and distance while honing their reflexes and coordination.
