As shown in the video most of the common strikes of Arnis like (Reverse Figure 8, Figure 8, Plantsada, Rompida, Inside Zero Triplete, sungkete, Reverse Sungkete, Outside Zero,Ploma, Back Hand Strike, Payong and Half Strike) form into classical strikes. For FMA practitioner this flow drill is very effective routine to develop your muscle memory and reflexes.
