Outside block/soto Uke

In ready stance position execute the Outside block (Soto Uke) by rotating the forearm, cover the body moving outside and aligned to the shoulder. The fist is level with the shoulder with the elbow angle around 90 degrees distance between the elbow and the body, then simultaneously execute the Sanshin stance follow up with counter attack reverse punch.

Inside Block/Uchi Uke

In ready stance position execute the Inside block (Uchi Uke) raise the arm level to the shoulder, moving across inside the body. The fist is level with the shoulder then simultaneously execute the Sanshin stance follow up with counter attack reverse punch.

Upper Block/Agi Uke

In ready stance position execute the Upper block (Agi Uke) moves the forearm across the body upward above the head, then simultaneously execute the Sanshin stance follow up with counter attack reverse punch.

Downward Block/Gedan Barai

In ready stance position execute the Downward block (Gedan Barai) moves the forearm across the body downward, The forearm should be parallel to the thigh, with the palm facing the leg then simultaneously execute the Back stance (Kokutsu dachi) follow up with counter attack reverse punch with forward stance (zenkutsu dachi).
