Single Sinawali

Fighting stance position start with your Left hand execute your forehand strike (target the temple) then follow through with your back hand strike (target the knee) then vice versa with your Right hand.

Double Sinawali

Fighting Stance position half set- start with your Left Hand execute your forehand strike (target the temple) then follow through with back hand strike (target the knee) with your right hand and then follow up with left hand (target the other temple).
Right Hand Half set – Right Hand execute your forehand strike (target the temple) then follow through with back hand strike (target the knee) with your right hand and then follow up with left hand (target the other temple).
Full Set – Right – Left – Right | Left – Right – Left

Single-Double Sinawali

Fighting stance position Half Set – Left hand execute your forehand strike (target the temple) then follow through with your back hand strike (target the knee) then follow up with Back hand strike (target other temple).
