In this video it will guide you the basic warm up exercise of Filipino Martial Arts. Twirling exercise is very important in FMA to develop your wrist and forehand flexibility also, form a muscle into your Arms.
Here are some exercise that you can follow:
- Swing your Arms in vertical motion
- Swing your Arms in horizontal motion
- Raise your Arms in shoulder level and rotate your sticks counter clockwise and vice versa
- Raise your Arms above head and rotate your sticks counter clockwise and vice versa
- Raise your Arms cross in shoulder level and rotate your sticks counter clockwise and vice versa
- Twirling exercise vertical motion
- Twirling exercise both hand vertical motion combination with horizontal cross arms and end to the armpit
- Twirling exercise single hand vertical motion combination with horizontal cross arms and end to the armpit
- Single vertical motion combination with horizontal cross arms and end to the armpit and transfer to the other hand.
